Jim & his son, Sterling, are professional from start to finish.  They make it a point to actually listen to what you want your project to look like and then deliver it.  They take the time to explain to you what they are working on one day to the next.  The crew (Ian, Joe, Rick) are amazing, professional, polite, on time and pay attention to detail.
